How long will my order take to arrive?
Every Honey piece is made to order, so we produce it just for you after checkout. Production takes about 5–7 business days, then your order ships from Buffalo, NY and usually arrives within 1–2 weeks total. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship from and to?
Everything ships from Buffalo, NY. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to shopify@honeybflo.com as soon as you can. Because every piece is made to order and production starts soon after checkout, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is in production — but we'll always do our best if you catch us early.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and it'll apply before payment.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges — please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email shopify@honeybflo.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in the description. Fits vary by style — many tees run boxy or relaxed, with sizing from S to 3XL depending on the piece. Since all sales are final, double-check the measurements before you order.
How should I care for my Honey gear?
Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, don't bleach, tumble dry low, and iron on low — avoid ironing directly over any print. Don't dry clean.
What are your products made of?
Most pieces are 100% cotton or a cotton-spandex blend, with a few jerseys in lightweight polyester. The exact fabric and weight are listed on every product page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you can't find it or need help, reach out to shopify@honeybflo.com.
My order is late or missing — what should I do?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has stalled or it's been longer than expected, email shopify@honeybflo.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
Do your drops restock?
Honey runs in limited drops — some pieces come back, many don't. Join the list at the bottom of any page to hear about new releases and restocks first.
Who is Honey, and where are you based?
Honey is a Buffalo, NY brand born out of the city's nightlife and music scene. We make limited-run apparel and goods with bold graphics and a cult following — designed in Buffalo and dropped in small batches.
